Our expectations were exceeded for my husband’s recent 75th birthday charter. What a wonderful afternoon! Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Sam was totally flexible and responsive to our needs and suggestions. She made our catering decisions easy and the food and service were incredible. We had several coeliacs on board and these dietary needs were really well catered for. The boat itself - Enigma- is beautiful. Lots of polished wood and plenty of space, both inside and out. The kids loved the swimming accessories that kept them safely corralled and were lots of fun. My husband was thrilled with the whole event, and the guests raved about the boat, the food, the harbour, everything. It was a day to remember.
I just wanted to thank you sincerely for letting us book and use your boat on Saturday afternoon. Everything from the pick up, to the sailing, catering, swim stop and the general vibe was all just incredible. The staff were impeccable, they were attentive and also very kind, even when I got a little extra on the dance floor!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience on board the Enigma recently. The boat was great, the staff were exceptionally friendly and hospitable and the food/drink was very enjoyable. Thank you to everyone involved. We'll definitely be back again in the future.

I recently held an end of year function on Enigma and all of our guests raved about our crew - they were fun and well organized. Nothing was too much trouble. Enigma was perfect for our event and catering was second to none. I can highly recommend Lifestyle Charters for any corporate or social function.
WOW! An evening on the ENIGMA is such a spectacular must do experience! From the second I saw the gorgeous Enigma sailing towards my group to pick us up I knew it was going to be a fantastic evening!
The staff were welcoming, professional, informative, caring, fun, safe and helpful and we were a group of adults and children so if they felt they had their work cut out for them, they didn't show it.
The cruise was relaxing and fun and I was so pleased that no main parts of the Enigma were off limits so I could choose if I wanted to be upstairs or downstairs, front or back, seated or lying down while we sailed under the harbour bridge. If you are interested in seeing VIVID - this is one exceptional way to do it and I don't think you will be disappointed.
Actually, I am already thinking of my next trip on the Enigma after VIVID (maybe without kids this time 😉 )

Could not recommend lifestyle charters more highly!! We did our first charter with them two years ago and have done many many more since from my mums 60th, to a day out with friends or a family day on the harbour they have catered to our every need. Catering is fantastic but also great that we can do our own too. You will not be disappointed.
We got married on Felix this past Saturday and WOW, we had the absolutely best time and the crew were incredible, everything happened just as planned! They were so accommodating to everything and we couldn't have had a better day!

How much does a luxury charter boat cost to hire?
Short term luxury yacht cruises start from $950 per hour for a yacht like Felix, and increase to $3500 per hour for a superyacht like Rascal.
What other fees are involved?
Yes, yacht fees can be complex with every charter boat having a different fee schedule, but this is where we can make it easy for you.
Most charters will have a charter hire fee, wharf fees, waitstaff fees, BYO fees, and where interested, catering and beverage options.
How do I hire a luxury charter boat?
Step one is to get in touch with us, either by calling or emailing bookings@lifestylecharters.com.au. We will help you choose the perfect hire boat for your occasion and prepare a cost proposal for your review and approval. Your booking is secured with the payment of a deposit, which depending on the yacht is $1000 or 50% of the total charter rate. The final invoice is due 14 days prior to the event.
How long is a luxury charter cruise?
For event charters, including corporate events, birthday celebrations or other social family events, 4 hours is the average cruise. This allows enough time for a gorgeous harbour cruise, anchor to enjoy a delicious meal and a swim, before you cruise back to the wharf for departure.
Most charter boats on Sydney Harbour run day or evening short term charter for a minimum of 4 hours in the summer and 3 hours in the winter. Transfers and wedding transfers are also possible.
Where can the boat pick us up?
Each boat will have its preferred wharves to ensure a safe and efficient pick up and this is something we can work with you to find a suitable wharf for both you and the yacht.
All boats will pick up and drop off from King Street Wharf.
What if it rains or there is bad weather? Will the yacht cancel the cruise?
Don’t let a little rain dampen your party! After hosting parties on the harbour for more than seven years, rain has never affected the overall experience and success of an event – guests have always had an incredible time regardless.
Only if conditions are deemed unsafe by the captain on the day will a charter be cancelled.
If you need to cancel or postpone an event, speak to us at your earliest availability.
What is the cancellation policy?
All our boats have their own cancellation policies which apply to your booking once secured. Generally speaking, deposits are non-refundable however this will be confirmed upon booking.
Cancellations made 59 to 30 days prior: deposit is non-refundable. If the vessel takes another booking in the same time frame for the same value, the deposit can be refunded.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior: full payment is non-refundable. If the vessel takes another booking in the same time frame for the same value, the money paid can be refunded less any catering charges incurred by the vessel.
