Once you’ve decided what boat you’d like to book, a 50% deposit is required to secure the vessel. This locks in your date and time. Hooray! We’ll send you a receipt and booking confirmation, and then you and I can then start discussing the details, including wharves, catering, and beverage options.

After the high-five, we can start locking in the details. I can go over the menus and beverage options with you, and discuss fun extras including swimming toys, wine tastings, clay bird shooting, DJs and musicians and more.

Once we have the details sorted, you will receive an updated booking confirmation.

The balance for your charter is due 14 days prior to your event, payable via invoice.

The balance invoice will be emailed to you 21 days out of the charter and payable within seven days.

Yes, most boats will facilitate an inspection however it is subject to availability.

Boat hire includes the vessel, fuel and marine crew. There are additional costs including waitstaff, wharf booking fees, catering and beverage expenses, BYO fees and any additional entertainment or activity you choose to add on.

We will invoice you and you can pay via EFT or credit card.

Yes, the security deposit varies based on the boat you book.

Every boat has their own suite of super fun activities but the most popular include clay bird shooting, DJs, private chefs, mixologists, wine tasting, swimming toys and tenders. Or if you have a special idea in mind, let us know and we can help bring it to life!

Depending on availability, many boats will allow pre-access for decorating, however there is often a surcharge for doing so. We can help you navigate this though.

Yes, absolutely. Speak to us about overnight packages.

There is a variety of wharves available for pick up and drop off. Some boats will have restrictions on where they can go, and we’re more than happy to help you with this.

Yes, this is possible however there are added fees for doing so. It’s also worth noting that depending on your vessel’s survey, it may not be possible to leave Manly and its surrounding beaches and bays when more than 12 guests are on board.

The harbour is your oyster! Let’s face it, Sydney’s cityscape is hard to beat so we often work around it, however if you’d like to talk through a special itinerary, let’s do it. We know the harbour like the back of our hand and would love to suggest some options with you.

Some flexibility here is advised so you and the skipper on the day can decide the best anchorage options based on the weather of the day.

The weather is unpredictable and to be honest, having done this for year and years, has very little impact on the overall satisfaction of the day. There is no wet weather refunds so all you can do is go out there and enjoy it. Some of our best charters have been on rainy days – our guests just didn’t let it bother them!

Absolutely! And we encourage it. Swimming in the harbour is one of the most energising things you can do. And if you’re not a strong swimmer, most boats have aqua lily pads or other swimming toys that support safe and buoyant swimming enjoyment.

Yes absolutely. Best to have a Spotify playlist on the go. OR live music, even better! We work with some amazing musicians who add a whole other level of fun to the day.

Most boats will allow you to BYO food and drink. BYO fees do apply and include the use of plates, cutlery, drinkware, and serving utensils. BYO ice required.

Yes, depending on availability, most boats will facilitate this and some boats will incur fees for doing so. We’ll do what we can to help you navigate this.

Many boats are licensed venues and therefore can offer generous beverage packages for your charter. It is also much easier for you just to step on and have everything done.

Yes, there are many decoration options including floral installations, balloon installations and corporate branded apparel.

Yes absolutely. There are TVs which can run presentations, brand logos, images or videos throughout your cruise.

DJs and entertainers are of course welcome on board, however this must be prearranged through us with the vessel.

Our boats host events of all kinds, from family days, corporate events, milestone birthdays, bucks and hens parties, weddings, wedding recovery parties, end of year celebrations, Christmas celebrations, Christmas lunches, New Year’s Eve celebrations, New Year’s Day celebrations and more.

NYE is one of the most special evenings out on the harbour – a bucket list event. If you fancy a night out on a private boat on New Year’s Eve, let us know and we can discuss options.

Yes, there are many boats who will run private whale watching cruises during the migration season from mid-May to end of September. Whale sighting are not guaranteed – but fun is.
